Eric Sims
Owner, Home Inspector
Founding Capital Inspection Services in Washington, D.C. in 2006, Eric has over 15 years of study and practical experience in construction and remodeling. He is a Licensed General Contractor in Washington, D.C. and a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Outside of Capital Inspection, Eric is an avid runner and an active member of the DC Triathlon Club. When free time permits he also enjoys travel, music, cooking, motorcycles, and restoring his classic British convertible. Eric currently lives in Georgetown in Washington, D.C. with his dog Elsa, and is occasionally joined by rescue foster dogs.
Ryan Hubbard
Home Inspector
Drawing on his experience at brokerages such as Washington Fine Properties and Coldwell Banker, Ryan is a licensed DC real estate agent turned Home Inspector. Certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT), Ryan has a vast knowledge of a home's systems and components, as well as the home-buying process here in the Washington DC Area.
When he's not inspecting homes, Ryan is enjoying time with his wife, Kristen, and his dog, Charlie, at their home in Georgetown.
If weather permits, Ryan is likely to be found on the golf course or practicing at the driving range.
